GO, TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN

Do you believe the Biblical story of Jesus’ nativity? Did a virgin girl really deliver the Son of God? Was Jesus born in a barn and attended by shepherds? Is the story of Christmas real?
While shepherds kept their watching
O'er silent flocks by night,
Behold thru-out the heavens
There shone a holy light.
The shepherds feared and trembled
When lo! above the earth
Rang out the angel chorus
That hailed our Savior's birth.
Down in a lowly manger
The humble Christ was born,
And God sent us salvation
That blessed Christmas morn.
Because the words to this carol are true, because Christmas is real, because Emmauel was born to redeem His creation, then …
Go, tell it on the mountain,
Over the hills and everywhere.
Go, tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born.
Merry Christmas!
“… think on these things” (Philippians 4:8, KJV).
