Romans 5:8; 6:23

Man is sinful, and sin separates us from God, now and for eternity! “All have sinned” (Romans 3:23) … and … “the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).

That’s the bad news. Here’s the good news… the best news!

“Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so!”

How much does the Always-Holy God love those He created?

“God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”

(Romans 5:8) … and … “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16, NKJV).

We can’t earn His love. We can’t buy it. We can’t be good enough to deserve it. Rather, His great grace is a gift.

While were still living in open rebellion, God chose to love us! That was so clearly demonstrated in the life of Jesus. He temporarily surrendered His royal throne in Heaven to wear a crown of thorns at Calvary. He did so in His mission to “seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10) … to “proves his own love for us.”

Memorize these Scripture passages! Like ammunition in a weapon, load these remarkable truths into your memory-banks. Be ready for the spiritual battle ... the Divine appointment that awaits you.
